2024 ലെ NEET pg യുടെ all india തലത്തിലും, കേരള തലത്തിലുമുള്ള രണ്ട് റൗണ്ട് അലോട്മെന്റുകൾ പൂർത്തിയായിരിക്കുകയാണ്. വിദ്യാർഥികളുടെയും സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളുടേയും ആവശ്യപ്രകാരം all india quota യിൽ പ്രവേശനം നേടിയ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കും ഡിസംബർ 26 വരെ രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷൻ ഫീസ് നഷ്ടപ്പെടുത്തി കൊണ്ട്‌ പ്രവേശനം റദ്ദാക്കി state quota യിലേക്ക്‌ മടങ്ങുവാൻ ഈ വർഷം അവസരമൂണ്ട്‌. രണ്ടു റാണ്ടുകൾ പൂർത്തിയാകുമ്പോൾ all india തലത്തിൽ ജനറൽ വിഭാഗത്തിൽ 2684 റാങ്കുവരെ MD Radio diagnosis നും 4660 റാങ്കുവരെ MD General Medicine ഉം സീറ്റുകൾ ലഭിച്ചു. എന്നാൽ കേരളത്തിൽ ജനറൽ മെഡിസിന്‌, ഗവൺമെന്റ്‌ മെഡിക്കൽകോളേജുകളിൽ 1464 റാങ്കുവരെയും, സ്വകാര്യമെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജുകളിൽ 17923 റാങ്കുവരെയുമാണ്‌ പ്രവേശനം ഇതുവരെ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്‌. രണ്ടാം റൗണ്ടിൽ കേരളത്തിൽ പ്രവേശനം ലഭിച്ചവർ ഡിസംബർ 28 നകം പ്രവേശന നടപടികൾ പർത്തിയാക്കണം.
